Being kind is one of the essential things to lead a fulfilling life. Studies show a declining trend of empathy in kids. Parents focus more on kid’s academic and other achievements. So less attention given to the moral values. Researchers warn parents to focus more on moral values of kids. After all, values build and define the character.

Obviously parents spend less time on kid’s social skills. This is considered as a fracture in the fabric of society. Empathy towards others, caring and sharing things are as important as being successful. So parents should give more importance to moral values.
